On this page, I'll give you some answers to the most frequently asked questions by tourists
How do i book ?
click on this link, you will see our list of tours, choose and press the book button. Fill in your details and send. You will soon receive an e-mail confirming the guide's availability. Once the guide's availability has been confirmed, the total price of the tour and the payment reference will be sent to you. Payment is made via paypal. Payment should be made as soon as possible
if i have to cancel, will the money be refunded?
If you cancel within 2 days of booking, the money is fully refunded. 6 days later, 50%. After 6 days, no money back. If you book a few hours before the tour, you can cancel up to 2 hours before the tour. Less than 2 hours, the money will not be settled.
if the tour has already been paid for, and the guide is no longer available, or something has happened that prevents us from taking the tour, do I get my money back?
Yes.
